Oranges Sabayon

Ingredients:
16 oz. Mandarin orange slices
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 Tbs. corn starch
Whipped cream

Preparation:
Mix corn starch into sugar. Drain juice from orange slices into saucepan. Heat juice and add sugar. Bring to boil until thickened. Arrange orange slices on plate and cover with sabayon. Chill and top with whipped cream.
