Ingredients:
1 unbaked pie crust
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup whole pecans
1 Tbs. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation:
Combine eggs, sugar, syrups, butter and vanilla. Blend well. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 450˚ for 10 minutes. Reduce oven heat to 350˚ and bake another 35 minutes. Pie is done when center springs back and registers 200 degrees
