4 medium tomatoes
Italian bread crumbs
2 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh, chopped herbs (basil, thyme, and oregano)
4 T olive oil
Preparation:
Cut tomatoes in half and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle tops with garlic and herbs. Next sprinkle bread crumbs on top then drizzle with olive oil.
Bake tomatoes at 400˚ for 20 to 25 minutes.
Serving Suggestion:
These are a great summer side dish for lamb or chicken. Serve hot.
