Yogurt

Ingredients:
3 cups dry milk
2 cups water, room temperature
1 cup hot water
2 Tbs. yogurt
1/2 tsp. plain gelatin

Preparation:
In a bowl, dissolve milk in 2 cups room temperature water. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 2 tablespoons of water. Let set until firm – about 2 minutes. Add 1 cup hot water to gelatin and stir. Combine gelatin with milk and add 2 tablespoons yogurt. Pour mixture into small yogurt containers or jars.

Fill shallow pan with water. Place yogurt jars in the pan and place in oven for 8-9 hours or put in an electric yogurt maker. When yogurt thickens, place in refrigerator.

Serving Suggestion:
Serve with chopped fresh fruit.
