Misotaki Udon

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts (or turkey), cooked and cubed
1 cup shiitaki mushrooms (soaked if dry) cut up,
      with some juice
Dashi (block of seaweed) soaked in 1 quart
     water or chicken broth
1/4 cup sake
1/4 – 1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup chopped green onions
Fresh spinach leaves, washed well
Udon noodles

Preparation:
Place all ingredients in large electric pot and place pot on table. Cook until all ingredients are heated through. Let everyone serve themselves.
