2-4 cups cubed, cooked turkey
2-4 cups cooked broccoli
8 oz. cooked mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cube (1/4 cup) butter
1 tsp. lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Cover bottom of 9” x 13” Pyrex dish with turkey, then layer with broccoli, mushrooms and celery.
Heat soup, mayonnaise, butter, cheese and lemon juice in a saucepan. Season with salt and pepper. Pour soup over turkey and broccoli. Bake at 350˚ for 30 minutes.
