Gorgonzola Bites

Ingredients:
1 pkg. frozen puff pastry
8 oz. gorgonzola cheese
Pepper and salt; Vulcan Salt

Preparation:
Lay out one sheet of puff pastry. Sprinkle crumbled gorgonzola cheese all over the pastry. Grind some pepper over the whole surface and some Vulcan Salt (optional). Cover the pastry with plastic wrap and roll it out. Remove the plastic, cut the pastry into small pieces and lay on a parchment paper or foil-covered cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 20 -25 minutes, until pieces are puffed and golden. If necessary, you can turn them over to brown the bottoms.

Variation:
Try your favorite cheese or even crushed nuts.
