Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:
6 hard boiled eggs
2 Tbs. mustard
1 1/2 Tbs. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste
Paprika

Preparation:

Cut eggs in half and scoop yolk out into a small bowl.  Mash yolks with a fork.  Add mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mix well.  Adjust flavor to your taste. 

Spoon yolk back into egg white shells and sprinkle with paprika.

Variation:

You may add sweet pickle relish to the yolks for a sweeter flavor.
