Ingredients:
6 large Portobello mushrooms, cleaned
Olive oil
Balsamic Vinegar
Garlic
Salt
Black pepper, ground
Parmesan Cheese, grated
Preparation:
Drizzle mushrooms with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Place on hot Barbeque grill smooth side down. Grill for about 5 minutes until mushrooms start to char on bottom. Turn mushrooms over and grill another 2 to 3 minutes until the edges start to wilt or soften. Remove from grill and place smooth side down on platter. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Slice into strips and eat.
Serving Suggestion:
Makes a great hors d'oeuvre.
