Ingredients:

package of cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup
unsalted butter, softened

tablespoons lemon juice
2
teaspoons lemon zest
5 cups
confectioner's sugar
Preparation:
Beat
cream cheese, butter, and lemon zest until smooth and fluffy. Add lemon juice and mix. Add confectioner's sugar in two batches. Add more sugar or juice as needed for easy
spreading.
