Ingredients:

cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1
cup water
Preparation:
Place water and sugar in a pan and bring to a boil. When cool, add syrup to lemon juice. This is a lemonade concentrate. When ready to use, add half a cup of water to half a cup of concentrate and pour over ice. Alternately, Serve over ice with a sprig of spearmint.
