1 bunch broccoli (1 1/2 pounds)
Cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves , thinly sliced
Kosher salt and pepper
Preparation:
Preheat
oven to 450 degrees F. Mix olive oil,
garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl. Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil
mixture. Spread florets out on a roasting pan and roast for about 20 minutes,
without stirring, until edges are crispy.
Serve warm.
