Ingredients:
8 -10
ounces spinach leaves
1/2 tsp.
kosher salt
1/4 tsp.
black pepper
1/4 tsp.
garlic powder
2 Tbs.
butter, melted
1/2 Tbs.
lemon juice
Preparation:
Place spinach leaves in a large saucepan or deep skillet. Add 1/2 cup of water. Cover with clear lid and turn heat to medium-high. When spinach starts to steam, turn the heat to medium and gently steam until leaves are wilted stirring occasionally.
Drain
spinach and add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drizzle it with melted butter and lemon
juice. Mix and serve.
