Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
3 cups pecan halves
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbs. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation:
Melt butter in a skillet and add sugar. When sugar dissolves, add pecans and cook in skillet until brown. Mix cinnamon, sugar, nutmeg and ginger together. Stir spice mixture into nuts and spread out on marble to cool.
