Ingredients:
2/3 cup cocoa powder
3 cups sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts, etc.)
Preparation:
Mix cocoa, sugar, salt and milk. Put in saucepan on medium heat and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Cook to 232° on candy thermometer. Take off heat and add butter and vanilla. Let butter melt before stirring. Stir butter and vanilla then add nuts. Beat rapidly. When fudge starts to get thick, pour immediately into buttered square Pyrex. Cool slightly then cut.
