Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups smoked albacore, finely chopped
24 ounces soft cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped fresh chives or green onions
1 Tbs. hickory liquid smoke1/4 cup milk
Preparation:
Place all ingredients together in a blender or mixer. Mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use. Spread will keep up to a week in the refrigerator.
Serving Suggestion:
Spread on bread and add lettuce to make a sandwich. Also great spread on crackers or toast points as hors d’oeuvres.
