BBQ Ribs

Ingredients:
2 racks baby back ribs
2 cups Texas BBQ Sauce (see recipe under sauces)

Preparation:
Parboil ribs for 20 minutes then drain. Place on cookie sheet or thread on rotisserie spit. Spread BBQ Sauce over ribs. Place on spit or in 350˚ oven and cook until tender, basting ribs periodically with more BBQ Sauce.

Preferably, braise ribs.  Place ribs over water.  Add1 tablespoon liquid smoke to water.  Cover pan and simmer for two hours or until tender.  Brush with Texas BBQ Sauce and BBQ until crusty or bake in convection oven at 350 degrees until done.  This is Jason Fleck's recommendation.
