1 canned ham
1 cup prepared mustard
1 cup brown sugar
1 can sliced pineapple
Whole cloves
Preparation:
Crisscross cuts - 1 inch square on top and sides of ham. Put a clove in each square. Put pineapple slices on top and sides of ham and secure with toothpicks. Combine sugar and mustard and mix well. Pour sugar mixture over ham and bake at 350˚ for 1 hour.
Remove cloves and slice.
History:
This is a family favorite that Pam brought to every family reunion.
