Ingredients:
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
10 oz. frozen spinach, thawed
1 cup mayonnaise
16 oz. sour cream
6-8 oz. water chestnuts, chopped
3 green onions, chopped
Preparation:
Squeeze all moisture out of spinach. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Blend well then chill for at least 2 hours.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with your favorite raw vegetables and crackers.
History:
This is another dip that Mike’s sister, Kathy, brought for our 2008 Easter gathering. It was consumed quickly along with her warm artichoke dip.
