1 Mango, peeled and diced
1/3 bunch cilantro chopped
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
1 tablespoon Hunan Red Chili Sauce
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in the food processor and blend well.
Serving Suggestion:
This sauce is great on fish, especially blackened wahoo or yellowtail. It is unforgettable spooned on Tuna Croquettes.
