Ingredients:
1/2 sweet onion
1/2 of a 12 oz. jar midget sweet pickles (approximately 12 pickles)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation:
Chop onion and pickles into small dice and place in small bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well.
Serving Suggestion:
Tartar sauce is great on fried, baked or broiled fish.
History:
This is a family recipe that I modified for my taste.
