Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground sirloin or turkey
Liquid Smoke
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation:
Divide sirloin or turkey into 8 quarter pound patties. Place grated cheese in center of four patties and top with remaining patties. Seal sides. Salt and pepper both sides of patties and sprinkle a few drops of liquid smoke on each side of patties. BBQ, broil or fry patties in non-stick skillet until meat is cooked and cheese melts.
