Meatloaf

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. ground sirloin
1 egg
1 onion, finely chopped
1 slice bread, crumbled
2 slices bacon
1 cup milk

Preparation:
Combine sirloin, egg, onion and bread and mix well. Place meat mixture into casserole and mound meat in center. Place bacon over top of mounded meat. Pour milk around sides of meat until 3/4th covered.

Cook meatloaf in 350˚ oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven.

Serving Suggestion:
Slice meatloaf and serve with mashed potatoes and lots of ketchup.
